Dress-ing It Down

It was genuinely challenging to try to dress down this leopard print dress. I had this dress since the beginning of the year and had only wore it once so far. I really love this dress and I didn't want to put it to waste, leaving it in the wardrobe. So I decided quite some time ago that I was going to dress this down for more casual occasions. 

I had to find the right pair of shoes and outerwear to match this dress. I knew that the shoes I picked would have to be slightly casual but at the same time, give me some height. Instead of going for strapy heels, I went with buckled boots. Also, with the military jacket, it definitely tonesdownthr feminity of the dress and have it a little attitude.
